Welcome to the Appleberry Press guide of Wedding Reception stationery. We have listed all the stationery items you could possibly want or need for your wedding reception. Wedding reception stationery is a great way to carry your theme right through from your Save the dates all the way to your wedding day.
Seating Charts/ Table Plans are usually located at the entrance to the function room. They indicate to your guests the table layouts and where they will be seated. Take a look at our table plans here. If you have any idea for a unique table plan or seating chart let us know and we can try our best to make your stationery dreams come to life.

Bar signage is a great way to add your personalities into your wedding stationery. Many of our couples choose to create Signature Cocktails for their wedding day and use signs to display the ingredients of the cocktails. We are seeing a huge increase in couples having gin bars at wedding receptions, gin menus can be used to display the drinks available.

Cocktail Signs are a fun way to tell your guests about your signature his and hers cocktails, ideal for your drinks reception.

Escort cards are used to inform guests of which table they should be looking for in your
function room area. Both guest names and table numbers are displayed on the card. The escort cards are placed and arranged near the entrance of the reception so they are visible to the guests to pick up as they go in.

Place Cards tell your guests which chair to sit at once at the table. Depending on your table arrangement they may not always be necessary if you are allowing your guests to choose their own seat. Place cards are vital if your serving staff need to know dietary restrictions and/or specific meal selections per guest. Take a look at our place cards here.

Table Numbers/Names identify the correct table to your guests. Often this is an excellent opportunity to be creative with your guests. They can stand alone as tented cards or can be displayed in frames/holders. Take a look at our place cards here.

A Guestbook is a nice keepsake from your wedding day. Nowadays they come in all shapes and sizes, sometimes they aren’t even shaped like a book. Our Thumb-Print Guest Books are a beautiful and unique alternative to the traditional wedding guest book and a really nice keepsake for after your wedding. Or if you're looking something a little more luxurious our Velvet Guestbooks are the perfect option. Take a look at all of our guestbooks here.

Betting slips are the perfect wedding table favour! Wedding betting slips are the perfect ice-breaker for tables, allowing guests to bet on how long the speeches are going to last! Guests can choose to bet on the duration of the Best Man's speech or the duration of the first speaker to the last word of the last speaker. Simply leave a betting slip and envelope on each table (to put all bets in). Each slip lists the rules and has space for all guests to input their name and time.

Welcome basket tags are the perfect finishing touch to your baskets. Many couples add a small note along with their names and wedding date.

Menus inform the guests of the meal that will be served. They are not always necessary particularly for a buffet or less formal receptions. They will also not be required if your guests selected their meal choice in advance of the day. Take a look at all of our menus here.
